Do Gameboy Advance have enough memory for samples? That may be the reason.
My Amiga 500 is currently stock … I shall upgrade …
Wow thats amazing to see! Yea, QT should work on Linux…
Haha, yes, all Amigas need upgrade and modern software ![]()
Having said that, QT runs best with the wrapped FS-UAE Emulation on Mac, Pc and Linux. Much smoother, get access to whole 640 samples, Save states, Audio routing, Sync mode etc…
But, it does not have the Amiga charm!
Same here. Maybe this is the push to start fiddling with PiStorm. ![]()
There’s a twist you say, please do elaborate?

A pretty rare and expensive computer to come by back in the early 90s, that an Amiga 4000 or an Amiga 3000 with a turbo card. Luckily, today the emulations can be configured as needed.
Hah yea - imagine those Amigas back in the day… And today they are even more rare and still expensive…
Pistorm is great in this case as it really expands the cpu, lot of fast ram, HDMI out, wifi etc… Hell there is even the recent Framethrower upgrade…
And Emulation is just great, it goes beyond the specs of amiga computers.
I mean, overall, there has been some insane development happening for Amiga in the recent years…
I upgraded my A1200 with a 68060 CPU add-on, audio, graphics and network cards and put it all in a server tower for a lot less than an A4000. It still works but I just need to get it connected to ethernet again.
And if course try out Quadtrack too.
When did you do this upgrade? back in 1993?
I forget the exact year but it was sometime in the late 1990s. I might even have the invoice in my box of Amiga kipple somewhere still (!)
Ah late 90s, ok, so long after Commodore had filed for bankruptcy.
Anybody making any fun tunes with Quadtrack yet?
