I had trouble when I picked up a used PSA. I contacted support but they said the seller had to let them know to release it (which he said he had done). It took a while but eventually it was added to my account.

I think there’s some confusion with my buyer. The Push registration/license is just to get the free packs/presets right? To use Live Suite on your Push, he’d have to authorize it with his own suite.
I have a feeling that he’s already authorized it. In the screenshot above, can anyone with the Push 3 tell me if that screenshot shows that the Push is registered? Or is it just showing that it is in connected to Live Suite in controller mode.
It looks very similar to how mine looks (I’m on the latest beta). Is there anything else I could confirm for you?

Correct, registering it only gets you access to a few packs. I’ve sold previous push units I was beta testing and even though they could not be registered it didn’t affect usability at all.

Could you connect to Live in controller mode and see what that screen shows? Does it say anything about the Live version of the connected computer?
Fantastic! It looks like he’s actually registered it, but was confused by the lack of feedback. I’m not surprised. He shared a video of the process and it looked like it wasn’t doing anything.
