Psytechno now got its own sub genere on Beatport, and i am deep into this sound. (Making and listening.) Alpaka Records earned place 10 on sold tracks recently.

good thread. the Delta mention is essential - Tribaliser still hits hard after all these years.
for newer stuff, Soohan has been doing interesting things on the more industrial/dark end of psytechno. also worth digging into Yan Oxygen and Perplex On if you want something that sits right on the edge between psytechno and darkpsy without fully falling into either.
the production approach in this genre is genuinely interesting from a sound design perspective - that kind of hyper-layered, almost fractal arrangement style where everything is moving but nothing feels random. makes you think differently about how you build a track.
