Workflow is as fast as ideas, like how easy the sequencer is to get going. The filters sound incredible. I have never played a 5 or any SC board for that matter.
Price tag is way out my reach, so I guess I’ll be touching those near perfect keys only in dreams.

Congrats! I played with one over the weekend and it was REALLL nice.
There is also a mint MKIII Odyssey in the city and it was pretty much between the two. I had a big choice to make, and I think I made the right decision.
I also purchased one recently and couldn’t be happier. The raw tone is just gorgeous, buzzy and fizzy in all the right ways. It is what I hoped the prophet 08 would be. It is simple but so inviting and is a masterful modern interpretation of what a tactile musical interface should be. The buttons all click just so and make a lovely sound that I feel cannot be understated as part of the joy of owning a synthesizer of this quality. Of course a lot has already been said on the lovely keybed itself. It has quenched my thirst for any of the Juno’s and the JX’s, as well as the prophet 600 and the korg polysix. I really mean that, and I didn’t expect to say that when I bought it. Overjoyed with it and it is currently my favourite synthesizer.
