if those two lines in PROJECT.work/strd have 0 then it is a problem
MIDI_PROGRAM_CHANGE_SEND_CH=0
MIDI_PROGRAM_CHANGE_RECEIVE_CH=0

0 here is actualy channel 1
-1 means is OFF

Indeed ! Fix on it’s way

I’ve upgraded ot-tools-io dependency which includes the fix for handling MIDI program change channels (among other goodies) and released v0.33.0

You should not face that issue anymore @k2z3k0 !
