Program Change from Digitakt to Digitone over USB

Hi All,

I am synching a Digitakt (as master) and Digitone (slave) over MIDI - both clock and program changes. With a DIN cable, everything works fine. With MIDI over USB, clock works but for some reason whenever the Digitakt sends a program change it immediately sends another program change reverting back to the original program. It does the same regardless of whether or not the sequencer is running. Here is a screenshot of MIDI Monitor:

As you can see DT sends DN a PC to 2, immediately followed by a PC to 1.
