Problem loading syx files

I’m new to the A4. I’m trying to load syx files into the +drive and they wont load into banks A or B (these banks appear empty and have a (0) by their name)

They load fine into the other banks thoughs.
Is this an error?

I’m fair sure that the A4 ships with banks A and B full. The number that you are seeing is the amount of slot that are available.

No. The first 2 banks are write-protected by default to prevent you from accidentally overwriting the factory sounds.

the (0) actually refers to the number of spaces left in that bank. A&B are full (and locked I think too, but you can unlock them).
