I’m updating for the first time, but in C6 > config. - my A4 is only recognised when it’s not in upgrade - mode. In normal it’s found, but I have to restart it to go to upgrade and it’s lost again. Any ideas ?
Sounds like you are updating from the Early Startup menu?
This mode does not utilize the USB port at all. Instead, update from the running OS by pressing Function + Global, select System and then OS Upgrade.
