copy track that has a cool bassdrum sound and settings and for the example, a simple 4/4 sequence
goto new pattern that has intricate sequencing with p-locks etc,
everything perfect except for say, a really cool bassdrum
with record button still on
paste track
the Machinedrum will behave differently in this scenario. Paste Track shall only paste the bassdrum selection and sound parameter settings, yet will not overwrite the sequenced notes of the track in the new pattern.
The current pattern’s kit may now be saved with the new cool bassdrum.
only just discovered this after ten years. thought others perhaps would similarly enjoy the option to copy sounds without the sequence between patterns.
