Hi, I’ve purchased a used Analog Four, still under warranty, via Craigslist
Although I’ve asked the previous owner a few times, he hasn’t unregistered the product so I can do it myself.
Is there any way around this?
He is from the US and I live in Argentina, so I don’t have any other option than harrasing him over WhatsApp over and over… but I’ve done it many times already, it’s starting to get unconfortable.
Maybe Elektron support will be able to help. Do you have any kind of proof of purchase?

I had the same issue with my Octatrack; the person I bought it from wasn’t the original owner, so getting it de-registered would be a problem. I didn’t pursue it further (after Elektron confirmed that the original owner would have to de-register) as it’s out of warranty anyway, but there should be some kind of workaround imo.
