Presets and factory patterns A4 MK2

I know that the original grey version has different factory patterns and presets than the new black version. Is it possible to download the ones from black version somewhere so I can use them on my grey one?

I have a black A4 and the factory pattern seem different to the demos which are of the grey A4.

Would also like to know if there are other patterns/presets available.

Is there anyway to know?
