Power conditioner, power strip... NEED MORE POWER!

Hi there

Setup: Soooo I need more plugs for more toys. I’m maxed out now at 8 and so I’m gonna need 10-12 plugs, as within the next few months I’ll be adding 2 synths and a converter preamp buddy.

Caveat: I live in an old Berlin pre-war building. Wiring is definitely not amazing, I’m sure.
I’m not feeling awesome about having a 10 plug power strip hooked up to my wall, even though I do turn it off when I’m not musicing.

Question: Would it make sense to get something like a Furman M-10Lx-E vs a quality power strip? I would definitely get a proper protected strip, if I went with that… but just wanna know what people’s thoughts, if an upgrade to conditioner is ideal for my home studio situation. I know in general it’s a nice thing to have, but at this point i’m more concerned about safety and saving some cash if i can.

You only got the one outlet in room?

i have a couple others but they’re occupied and on the other side of the room. would have to run a very long extension down around the room to keep it tidy and still use a 2nd power strip.

I just use one of these 12 ways -

Im sure they do some that have filtering/conditioning also. I dont feel i needed this as I worked out the total power I was gonna be drawing and it was no where near the 13Amp/3200W max these can handle.
