Power adapter

Hi everyone,
I just bought a Digitakt from the UK since it was way cheaper than buying it in my country. But I forgot that it’s a different plug in Europe than in America.
Does anyone knows if I can just use a plug adapter? If so, can it be just the plug or all the cable from the power box to the actual plug? I dont want to burn my Digitakt
Thanks in advance.

It’s probably a universal power supply. Read the fine print on the power supply; it should say something like “Input 110-240v.” If it does, the you can use either a plug adapter or a different cable.

Yes it says “Input: 100 - 240 V AC 50/60 Hz 0.75 A”

Thanks

Then you’re good to go. All you need is either a plug adapter or a power cable with an IEC C8 plug at one end and an appropriate plug for your country’s electrical connections on the other.

Indeed, already playing it!

Thanks a lot!

I’m looking at buying a US plug cable so I no longer need to use the plug adapter ( I bought my digitakt in the EU but moved to the US).

Does anyone know if this cable should be fine?

That’s what it seems, but I couldn’t tell you for sure. I went to a local store and took with me the power supply.
