Aptly named … a veritable melange of tones in this one Matt, not entirely sure I dig how they fit together as I felt off-balance most of the way. Enjoyed how the melody flits between one and another though.

really nice piece – reminds me of eno and ishq, on a dark ambient tip.

i really like the sound of the deep drums that come in after a minute or two.

i like the quiet granular textural pads that underly, and i’d almost like to hear those louder. it feel like compressing the entire thing by 3-4 db peak to gel the parts together might be an interesting experiment.

I hear ya Chad… news tools, new process, but worth exploring from my pov.

jdn - was a challenge to gel/eq this at all, and original the bed was much more dominant… had to pull it back. Drums are done on the Octatrack with samples of my Micromac.
