Hey Guys, so long story short I purchased a HiChord (I believe it is a batch 1) from reverb to try out. I’ve noticed that when pressing a key to play a chord, the first chord triggers, but when I release the key, another chord plays(the chord that is attached to a neighboring key). has anyone experienced any problems like this?
What do you think I should do?
Try resetting the hi chord (press note+clock), update to another firmware via the website or ask Andrew via support email or on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/HiChord/
