Hello - weird thing is happening and I hope there’s something I’m doing wrong.
I’d like to play 48 steps of a midi track (while master is 64) and found it would play the 1:4 twice if I simply set the length to 48. I then use the “plays free” function to do this. It behaved strangely but I found if I changed to the plays free setting while recording it would play my midi track and loop at 48 steps while the master sequencer is playing at 64. However, when I stopped the sequencer, the notes would not be triggered when I started it again. If I then deselect plays free and then reselect, it will trigger my 48 step midi sequence again. Why do I have to stop and reselect? Am I doing something wrong? Hope this was clear. Thanks for the help!!!
Actually, realized you can extend the master to 192 or something so that it allows this to work. Never mind!
