Play rytm pads with ableton push?

Is there some way i can play the pads of Rytm with Ableton Push set up as a drum rack? Using Push as a drum rack there is also a visual sequencer. Would be awesome to be able to program the patterns from there if possible. Is it?
Only way i can do is to add externa instrument and send notes to Rytm. But that only creates a normal instrument not a drum rack type.

Havn’t tried this myself with drum racks,
Bbut you should be able to send MIDI out to the AR and just play with your drum rack.

Remember that some notes (the first 12 will) be your tracks and then you will have the chromatic notes of the selected midi channels track.

That video wasnt exactly for RYTM, but it made me figure out how to do it for RYTM!!

To anyone else who have the problem with RYTM+PUSH, watch the video and configure the external instruments channels also to the corresponding channel. Doesnt seem to be neccesary with the Machinedrum in the video.

What is great is you can use the PUSH drum sequencer with the RYTM aswell when you have it configured right.

Yes, basically set up a drum rack with 12 external instruments and each drum sound set to the appropriate midi note value. It think C-2 - C-1 will get you unpitched drum sounds.

I managed to do this, but had a problem with parameter changes affecting all voices when mapped out in drum rack. If I set the voices out in separate channels on ableton, no such issue…

I tried to setup this via overbridg and it worked. one drawback is , saving the drumrack losses its audiorouting from external devices.
one thing i am struggling with is . How can i record the midi channels to the rytm sequencer ? Now that i have my patterns in the daw/midi -clip I like to get the notes recorded on the seq of rytm ? thoughts: live rec would work ? Overbridge bug ? never works like that ? or something missing ?
