Well, if you have all this, Tonverk is no longer needed 
mine came today from Detroit Modular and fits perfectly. Definitely more snug than the pl-2’s I’m used to, but have often wished those were tighter when transporting as they can just fall off unless held on by a strap. This one attaches without stress and stays on if I hold it upside down. No issues here!

Can you put stuff on top of it without worries?
Yes, that’s possible. The surface is fully flat but also slippery. So if you want to place something on the decksaver, some rubber feet are advised.
I just got mine today (the elektron one) and it’s definitely the tighter deck saver I’ve had.
I dunno how much force you had to make on those first ones, but in this one at least you have to start from one side and apply a little pressure to make it fit, and when you take it out you feel like an air decompression.
I just received mine today from Elektron. The fit is good. Not too tight not too loose.
Eventually went for the PL-5 too, instead of the Etsy one. Fit is tight, but not too. Better when decksavers do not come off too easy.
