what would be the next best thing to this if you couldn’t get this?

So many options.

What do you think of the Sonicware LIVEN Ambient Ø ? ( thread )

I haven’t gelled with sonicware’s interfaces very well, didn’t try the ambient, but the others weren’t my cup of tea…
I love the overall balance on display with the Siluria, it looks like it draws you in…
I wonder if IOS has an equivalent

Relic Flow is an app i can get lost in for little meditative excursions. it’s not quite an equivalent to Siluria but it’s got a big palette and it’s cheap

I am really looking forward to hearing more from this synth. I signed up on the mailing list but it seems I missed the order availability.

I almost overlooked the email saying preorders were available! Be on the lookout for the next batch…I went with the honey knobs :honey_pot::robot:

It’s here! The manual is incomplete, and it’s a wild beast, but I’d expect nothing less from a synth that invokes Cthulhu…

Please report on progress!

As I mentioned when I posted about it in the drone thread, I loved the initial teasers they posted of the thing but the price point seemed just a bit high, even allowing for the premium that seems to come with boutique drone boxes. Is it worth the investment?

More Arakis vibes… from their site.

I’m having fun with it! It’s gorgeous to look at, but a bit light in terms of heft. I felt the same way about Glo the Polyphonic Whale, sort of a cheap feel to the wood.

I definitely need to dig deeper into each patch and the various functions. Here’s a drone I recorded earlier today as a test:

Thanks very much for sharing. Can’t wait to hear more. On initial reaction I am getting the feeling that Siluria is gravitating more towards higher frequencies so would be interested in more of the low end stuff.

Seems cool but doesn’t spark my gas.
