From what I understand, breed does make a difference. The size of the dog dan do too - bigger the dog, bigger the bills essentially.
My dog is a border terrier, 6 years old and the renewal (ManyPets) was looking for c£45+ a month - about a £10 increase on the prior year. Shopped about and John Lewis had very similar cover, decent reviews, and charged c£32, I don’t doubt the prices will shoot up annually so not sure what we’ll do long term.
Borders regularly live well beyond 12 or 13 so definitely hoping there is consideration of breed going ahead!!!
