It would however be hard to remember what all the buttons were assigned to.
Perhaps the left, right arrows could be used to step through all the destinations while indicating the mapping/s onscreen.Or maybe FUNC plus tapping a trig could show the info.
same issue with the current performance macros too - besides three letter reminders, if it (or something like it) ever came to fruition i’d anticipate as mentioned they’d put an extra page under Perf for button macro titles
anyway, for now it is just a dream, an achievable one maybe - i’ll be tapping into that dream a little via Lemur in the meantime, eventually !

Not exactly the same thing but…
If you have an iPad and the Lemur app I’ve created a template that will allow you to instantly recall a performance “set” and interpolate between 2 performance sets using a crossfader.

I would like to have those unlit buttons in use too…!
Looking at the OS update since releasing, I see that Mute buttons are an addition like also the Tracks Volume in a row.
So…lets wait

very intersesting idea! it’s such an obvious thing to use the remaining trig buttons in the performance mode. lets hope there wil be some more suprises in the new o.s.
