Wow - pattern volume has been here the whole time in the master compressor!
For my setup this is a big deal as the master volume knob is the level of the mains, and now pattern volume sets the DT relative to that. Plus it keeps all the independent track levels.

Can you elaborate please?
In my setup I use the DT as my sound card, and I sequence Omnisphere (which is a VST) with the DT.
One challenge I have with levels is that if the DT / drums are too loud or too quiet, I have to change their volume in my DAW as it’s the mixer.
But now, I can just set the pattern volume while we’re performing. Just hop to the compressor page, and use the Level / Data knob.

Is it pre or post compressor? Surprised I haven’t noticed that value myself!
I’m wondering the same thing. From trying to understand the manual, I guess it’s post, but it doesn’t explicitly say.
