Pattern change issue with different track length

Hey my dudes,

I’ve been messing around with track length settings creating patterns with tracks of different length within a single pattern. Everything is going fine until I try to switch from one pattern to another while in play mode… The pattern icon in the upper left corner of the screen is blinking endlessly and the pattern doesn’t change :confused:

I think it comes from the different track length since it’s the first time I try it and it’s the first time I encounter this issue.

Anyone ever experienced this problem or have an idea about it ?

There’s a parameter in the length menu pattern ch turn that on and set that to a numerical value- pattern will change after that value’s length

Check your ch.len settings

No need to feel dumb. A lot of people have run into similar issues and the manual is not entirely clear regarding this topic

Thank you so much for explaining what the issue was !
I ran into the same problem and forgot I had a track with different length and scale :slight_smile:
Couldn’t find it easily in the manual :slight_smile:
