Page/Setup button partially loose (MK1)

Greetings, Elekronauts!

Some time lurkers, first time poster. I bought an Octatrack mk1 a couple of months ago and recently started experiencing some issues with the ‘effects 1’ button. It went from absolutely no issues to pretty bad in a matter of one session.
The issue started with the button not triggering most of the time to even causing issues with pushing the rec, play and stop buttons to copy/etc without pushing function or even without touching the faulty button (this only happened once or twice after having pushed the faulty button/not when I actively avoided the effects 1 page).

So I decided to open it up to clean some dust from the screen, change the internal memory battery as it had started showing that message and see if I could use contact spray/air canister to fix the issue as I’d seen some people recommend cleaning the contacts. After opening it I noticed the upper part (screen side) of the black plastic housing for the button is loose. I was wondering if it’s possible to fix this with a dab of superglue as it seems the same part of the other buttons are partially glued in place?
The soldering is fine and the bottom of the housing seems to be stuck in place, I didn’t wanna move it too much in fear of damaging it any further if it’s salvageable.

I’d prefer to be able to fix this myself as I’m working with a pretty limited budget these days and would of course prefer to limit the wait time before I can continue using it. Obviously if not I’ll be contacting Elektron for a replacement button as I’ve seen mentioned in most other button issue threads I found on here and elsewhere.

Pictures to help demonstrate my issue:

I apologize if my description is confusing or if this is a problem that’s already been answered, I did do my best to search for answers before posting.

Thanks in advance,
David

I wasn’t able to post more than one picture due to just signing up now so here’s a different angle.

Any update on this I have a similar issue but my 7 is completely loose …
