I have a little problem with the Pad, whether in mute mode, scene or other at the kick and snare pads interacts ,it means that that when i mute the snare kick starts or i just push the kick pads and both mutes, and and reverse problem when i just touch the snare pad. This would in any or so by default the machine?
doesn’t sound right, can you test the mute e.g. by midi command to rule out a weird soft glitch (very unlikely), also make sure midi is disconnected when testing basic hardware errors like yours, sounds like an assembly issue maybe, have you given them a good tap, and tried a midi monitor to see if they are both sending out when touching one
