P-locks / trigless trigs while sending midi

Hello.
couldnt find anything about this on the Forum, or maybe im doing something wrong… ?
When i’m sending notes to the a4 via Midi, i cant use the sequencer with trigless trigs to manipulate the parameters. Any stuff on the sequencer seems to be overruled by the midi signal. But wouldnt it be great and a very basic funktion imho to additionaly use trigless trigs to get some variatons?
Isn’t that possible?

I was hoping to be able to lay down a bunch of trigless p-locks to jam over with an external midi keyboard. Would hitting live record then erase these trigs as I add notes?

Have u tried to not recieve CC/NRPN in MIDI PORT CONFIG ?

You can layer external plocks via midi over notes, but I’d imagine that when you add notes, you are setting the trigs to ground zero, that seems like a reasonable workflow to my ambitious tastes, maybe you just need to plock the notes took haven’t tried this as no A4 in front of me, but I doubt it’d work that way tbh, I don’t see this as a shortcoming
