P-Locking CV tune and fine tune

Hello,

I’m looking to sequence a external synth that has VCO’s with non-linear pitch tracking. Specifically the Metasonix S-1000 Wretch.

I was wondering if, when using the CV track, the tune and fine-tune controls can be P-locked?

The Wretch uses Hz/V and can be tuned for ~2 octaves but being able to p-lock the tune and fine-tune per step would make the tuning much more accurate.

Sorry if my terminology is off or confusing… I’ve never dealt with Hz/V or non-linear VCO’s.

Thanks!

you can set the pitch cv to convert sequencer/key notes to both Hz/V & V/Oct

you can also p-lock coarse/fine cv tuning and bend & slide amounts as well as p-lock the source sequencer track per trig !

there are a myriad other ways to fine tune the voltages too

one thing to look out for is that you’ll be stuck with legato mode using the mini keys (or external keys)

Thanks avantronica!

I must try this out this weekend and report back!
