Overdrive on Low Tom not working?

Have anyone noticed that the overdrive parameter doesn’t have any effect at all on the Low Tom?

Or is it perhaps just behaving like this on my AR?

Would appreciate if someone could verify this for me.

just to make sure: this happens consistently, independent of kit/pattern?
