yeah, I’ve tried multiple ways but that’s the only way I could get separate channels to sync nicely… with OB vst I ALWAYS had like a 13-20ms latency which I could not fix and it drove me crazy…

In the 2nd last pic that Driver Error Compensation is meant to be a positive number, indicating how much round trip latency your interface has, Ableton pushes back audio recordings by that amount, in your case it would push audio forward making them more latent!
Ableton comes with the official tutorial on how to set it.
