Hi guys 
Just wanted to give a quick rundown of my setup, hopefully it helps some others that are new to overbridge like I am.
Equipment & Software:
Lenovo legion laptop
Digitakt 2
Presonus AR12C mixer
Windows 11
Ableton live 12
Overbridge
Setup: Super simple but it gets the job done.
I have ableton sending midi (via a midi hub) to the digitakt. For this set the midi config to “Input from: midi” not midi+usb as is default. I think this may help with some latency as when i record audio directly to the mixer from the main outs of the digitakt there is a slight latency in the recorded audio (tips welcome). When it is over USB with this configuration there is barely any latency.
I then have an ableton group with :
External instrument sending Midi
Audio track for recording the main mix (all 16 tracks together)
15 Audio tracks each with the digitakts corresponding audio routed ( I am aware that the 16th track is not available, if you have any info on how to get that working please let me know).
This setup allows me to sequence and record other external gear in Ableton while using all of Abletons instruments etc… Bonus is that i can have it all recorded and living in a project and return to it to make all the arrangement and mixing tweaks i want, whenever i want. With the only exception being that i cannot get all individual 16 tracks routed from the digitakt but hey we move.
