I have a new Digitakt on the way and was wondering if it will integrate with Pro-Tools via Overbridge? i.e. will this enable me to just send all of the audio tracks of the Digitakt to separate audio tracks in Pro-Tools for final mixing?

Yes you just select the Digitakt in the playback engine and route the inputs to audio tracks. Still no AAX support for the plugin but it’s not necessary.
You can also build an aggregate device that uses overbridge and whatever audio interface you have so you can record audio and elektron at the same time. Limits you to 48kHz for session.
