Overbridge and audio interface

I’m using overbridge. Are there many differences in quality from using my audio interface when I try to record tracks on Usb?

And I wonder how I can use the audio interface I have. For example if i use my audio interface as audio out, quality is better than analog rytm sound card?

There is no monitor speaker at the moment and I am listening to the audio interface with headphones.

I use roland quad capture audio interface.

It depends completely on the audio interface and which conversion mode you are using.

I haven’t looked up the quad capture, but the converters of the Rytm MK2 are spec’d with:

48 kHz, 24-bit D/A, and A/D converters (no other details available)
