Overbridge / Analog Four - not showing up!

Hi!

I’ve googled the S*** out of this and read many a post (and TFM) but I’m still having trouble.

Recently purchased A4MkII which I’m loving apart from I can’t connect to overbridge! I’ve reinstalled it many times, it’s not blocked by OSX (says its from an identified developer, its not a disabled driver etc). The really peculiar thing is when I try to uninstall Overbridge - it says I have an Elektron device connected so I have to disconnect it before uninstalling it, but it won’t detect it in Overbridge! It also shows up as a midi device in my system report. SO its there, but its not there. Mind boggling.

I’m on OSX Mojave 10.14.6 and none of my other USB devices have any problems. I’ve tried multiple USB cables including the elektron one.

Any ideas? I’m flummoxed!

Well, I turned my A4 and computer off for a day, and now it works. Bizarre

And it’s gone again - I’ll file a support ticket :frowning:

It’s happening to me too, exactly like that. Did you solve it?

Not exactly - I’ve narrowed it down to it Woking perfectly when I don’t have my power supply for my Mac plugged in some I’m assuming it’s a Chinese knock off PSU. Not ideal but until I get a new PSU I can’t properly test it
