Nice to know that it’s working for you.
The issue was on my side. Everything seems OK.

Can anyone confirm/correct that there will be no way to have more than 15 audio channels using OB in Ableton (Suite) for the foreseeable future?
There was mention of a limit for audio over USB within Ableton. For those who want to fully use OB with DT II and/or DT II, there should be clear info about that so you can decide accordingly.
I don’t see a relatively small company like Elektron getting Ableton to change their limit if it exists, as I’m sure there are good reasons for it. It would mean that the promise of OB for the new machines isn’t entirely true for those using the most popular DAW.
i’m not affected by this limitation (bitwig-user) but it would be interesting to know where this limitation in ableton is coming from
You can work around this by using your Elektron as a sound card, if you’re interested I already wrote a comment here:
It’s been a while since I fired up Overbridge, so not sure exactly which version this started on. But I did all the updates to get it and my DN working with v2.13, and now I have a weird situation. When running Overbridge standalone, if I play a note on the DN or its sequencer, it’s quiet. Like, -50db quiet. But if I play a note on Overbridge’s on-screen keyboard, it’s normal (-18db-ish) volume.
I feel like I must be missing a gain or routing option somewhere, but I can’t think of anything that would affect notes originating from the DN itself, but not those coming from Overbridge.
Anyone hearing anything similar? Or have ideas on how to fix it?
I have a thing where logic turns down the velocity of all voices if I use the transport to go back to the start if the project, seems to be the same thing described here and in other threads:
It does sound like one possible cause would be a difference in velocity coming from overbridge vs in the trig menu / sequencer on the box.
Gold star! This was it. Before moving to standalone to debug, I did in fact have it running in Logic 11, and that must have set the velocity.
Thanks so much for the help!
No worries - it’s a weird one, had me completely stumped for at least an hour when it happened the first time.
I use analog heat as an audio interface and now in ableton I don’t see anything in the list except digitakt 2. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
Thank you !!
Overbridge doesn’t support Ableton Link, does it?
Is it possible to use the mixer routing in the app as a tool to limit or reroute signals so I have less channels in DAW i/o setups and Core Audio? I don’t really want to use the plugin versions, just standalone app, because of plugin latency. There are way too many DT II outputs, and I use ProTools, so I need to limit my inputs to 64. I would use Ableton again with all of the inputs available separately, but I really can’t deal with the i/o setup in Live. Not being able to save a preset is such a time waster, so much so that I’d rather stick with PT & 64 inputs…unless I could utilize the DT II mixer the way I thought I could.
