Hi there.
I am new by Elektron, so Analog Heat FX is my first Gear from Elektron.
I have MacMini M2
32 GB Ram
Overbridge installed Version: 2.13.4
Analog Heat FX 1.0.1
By Settings: System on Analog Heat FX Overbridge is checked
I tried to make OS Upgrade, but it shows , then, “waiting for sysex”.
I don’t know what else should I try.
Anyone can help?
Thank you!
Are you using Sysex Librarian or Elektron Transfer application to send the firmware update to Heat?
If that’s what is missing on your end, download Transfer and try the update from there.
Hi Thermionic and thank you for your answer. I tried with the Elektron Transfer application, which sends me to the Sysex Transfer page.
From there I get this page
but I don’t have any .syx file somewhere in my Mac…
Then I click on the “OS Upgrade via device startup menu” and from there I can’t try anything else…

Yes, if you are trying to update the os to latest Overbridge compatibility you will need to download the sysex file for your device first from Elektron.se
It’s a pretty easy process beyond that the app doesn’t download the latest update automatically for you, it will need to be downloaded from Elektron support first.
Ehy,
I must really being pretty dumb…
I came to this page:
Then I restarted Analog Heat FX while holding the Function Button (since I don’t have midi connection to my Interface).
After this I should press TRIG 4 to select OS Upgrade. The problem is, I don’t know what TRIG 4 is…
Thank you, I just was there and it worked! Now I’ll open Logic Pro and will see.
I’ll let you know if everything is working.
Thank you again!
