Is it possible to fully stretch small one shot sample (ie a percussion hit) so it lasts over a bar or so?

If so how do you do this?

Go to playback setup, set rate to control stretch, on the playback main page adjust rate. That’s how it’s done, depends on the sample how long you can stretch it for.

edit: If you’re not getting timestretch you need to set the timestretch to something else than auto, on the playback setup page as well

I was hoping to get really granular and pull one shots apart but it’s not really dong that on short hits

I try to achieve that LFO modulation with Start/End point… Loop point can’t modulate ? or i miss something… How guys you will achieve that kind of effect on the OctaTrack i post an exemple on voice under, but it work also with every materials to transform that in a strange evolving texture !
