OT sequencing sirin / NTS-1

Hi,

I’m pretty new here. Slowly learning the OT and starting to play with it’s midi tracks.

This question touches on a few different devices, so I hope this was the right place to post.

I’m curious about picking up a korg nts-1 to pair with a Moog sirin. I like the idea of sending the same midi notes to both units, but perhaps using the OTs Midi LFOs to modulate both separately.

Would the best way to do this be to create a sequence on one midi track, then copy and paste it to another midi track and set each track to send to the appropriate midi channel. Am I right to think that I could then p lock the nts-1’s delay settings on it’s midi track. I’m considering sending the sirin’s audio into the nts 1 to use it as an effects processor / additional oscillator. Main goal is to expand the sonic possibilities and complexity of the sirin.

How would you go about doing this?

Yep. You’ve got the right idea.
