I purchased the Octatrack MKII a couple of weeks ago. After 20 - 30 minutes of use the crossfader will start acting as though I’m flipping it back and forth at an impossibly fast speed. If I try to P lock things to the scenes it’ll change between the two scenes as if I’m flipping it back and forth. I tried calibrating in the test mode, but it didn’t fix it. The Octatrack has been sitting stationary on my desk since it was shipped. I reached out to Elektron support, but haven’t heard back and couldn’t find any info on the forum, but figured I’d post in case anyone had encountered this. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
Firmware version?
Latest I believe - 1.30B
The latest is 1.30c, should fix it.
