I think it’s fascinating when people re-purchase the OT and then decide to get rid of it, but then later try it again and then the cycle repeats. I hear this story more with the Octatrack than other instruments.
The times you went back to the OT, was there something “on paper” that made you do it? And then what triggered getting rid of it?

For short in my opinion:
Digitakt for having fun
Octatrack is work for fun
It still is the only thing that offers so many of the awesome things that it does. Unfortunately, it is missing some things that made it enjoyable and useable for me each time, especially at the price point.

Depends on your setup and needs, but I tend to gravitate towards my Digitakt most of the time.
