OT only recording audio with record trigs

So I was about to open a support ticket, but I figured I’d ask here first. So my OT will only engage audio recording when using recording trigs. I can’t just hit the red rec button under input leds for A - B Like I usually do. I have preformed an empty reset. Still, not able to record audio using the audio record buttons. Anybody else run into this issue?

Possibly your mistaken, and the audio is being recorded, its just you need the other trigs to beable to hear the audio?

If Quick Record Mode isn’t enabled (in the Personalize menu), you need to use the combo of Track+Rec AB and not just Rec AB
