I’m not sure what happened but I turned on my OT and suddenly certain samples won’t play from my projects. They are projects I’ve been working on for months. All the setting are in place, the sample is in the slot, and multiple trigs are in place to trigger it. I checked the amp setting and volume and everything seems good. I don’t have the sample muted or anything.
Any ideas? Did I accidentally do something? I have a show this weekend and could use some help. Much thanks!

Have you checked the mute/solo situation?
Amazing how many times that has got me, especially if its accidentally muted/solo’d by an external midi controller.
I’ve also experienced what I think was a midi note hang up, where the sample would stop responding to external midi trigger and internal triggers would not work as well. A shutdown restart always seemed to cure that.
One other thing to check is the sample attributes trigger behavior setting ( I think it’s a choice of direct, or pattern length quantization)

I will look into it tonight but I’m certain I don’t have it muted but I will check again later. I don’t use the midi capabilities in it and have powered on and off many times to no avail. Man, this is a frustrating one. I have separate projects that are acting this way. Frustrating.
Are they Flex or Static samples or a mixture?
If Statics Id suspect a CF card issue.
If Flex try disabling Scenes & see if you can play the sample from the a Slot list.
(Double click the Track button then Hold Function whilst pressing Enter)

Thanks for the info bluewolf. I have it in the flex slot and it won’t play. I can play it from the slot list by doing as you said, but for whatever reason the sample will not trigger. Very odd behavior.
I am not sure what to think here. Man, super frustrating! Any other ideas? I tried copying it to another sample slot and all the info copied correctly but the sample still will not trigger.
