OT MK2 : encoder C is not smooth. Do i fix it?

All encoder is perfectly smooth.
But accidently C encoder is not smooth(very hard senstivity) and has some click, hiss sound while turning that encoder.
(bougth 11/15/2017)
Maybe it’s very minor issue. But not satisfied to me.
How can i do?
Elektron can handle this problem?

Yes it’s still under warranty.
Contact Elektron and they will fix it for you

Elektron products come with a 3 year warranty.
