I just started a new project using the OT as a hub for my ST, DN, and MPC.
Track A is a THRU machine for the DN, but something strange is happening. The AB Vol Knob appear to be sending MIDI to the ST, and instead of controlling the volume for that input, it’s actually changing the pitch of Track 1 on the ST. CD Volume is likewise not controlling the input volume for inputs C/D, but rather, via MIDI controlling the volume of Track 1 on the ST.
Probably goes without saying, but this is not what I’m looking for the OT to do. Any ideas on how to fix this so that Volume just = volume??
In the OT’s PROJECT > MIDI > CONTROL menu, set AUDIO CC OUT to “INT”.
