maybe somebody can answer that, because I can’t make sense of the operating instructions or the Internet !?
I would like to put the internal effects from the OT as a send effect on a Mackie mixer so that I can effect every track on the Mackie mixer with the effects from the OT.
Is that possible at all and if so, can someone answer what needs to be done?

“Quick answer” :
If you only have post fader fx sends, no problem with FX2 like delay or reverb which can be “kill dry”. You can add FX1.
Mackie Aux sends 1/2 > OT INAB
Use a Thru* track for fx track, send it to CUE only.
CUE out > Mackie in.
If you have pref fader fx sends, you can use any OT fx, in a 100% wet way if you set faders to minimum. Other possibility, if you have sub / group, you can send them to OT (faders set normally).
Same cabling principle.
*(Also possible to use a recorder + Flex for more mangling possibilities).

I also tried the technology from the manual with the instruments, but it didn’t work out properly, hence my question.
I have the Mackie 1642 VLZ4 and it has buttons that I can set to pre and post. So that means I go through all your information … would be super cool if that works.
