is there such a thing like OT black?
That looks like the promotional prototype pictures they released, I remember it being all black in the very first pictures, then turning to a light grey before release.
As for any “in the wild” so to speak? I doubt it.
I always chuckle when resellers use the charcoal w/ black buttons prototype image. You’d think they’d have figured it out by now 
true wintermute and KrisM … when clicking on the link and going to the website of the german online retaile, they have a different pic than the one posted on ebay… shaking my head about this!
i sort of like the black one… … looks like knight rider … also i liked the white one from miami … and and and …
The white one was from Dick Malibu hehe. Who I just got off the phone with, btw. Nice guy. Looking to get my OT painted up, definitely leaning towards a custom color scheme, but that 76 Classic (the white one) is pretty sharp, too.
And the prototype isn’t specifically black, it’s more of a charcoal/very dark grey with black buttons and knobs. Despite the promo video, it belongs to Hector and has features too extreme/experimental for mainline Octatracks 
Of course I’m just having fun, it’s probably locked in a drawer somewhere at HQ lol.
I just logged on and the first thing that caught my eye was “OT Black edition”!?
I thought to myself :
“Self … aren’t all the OT’s Black?!” but once I clicked the link it was the “Ah Hah” moment. LOL
