OT > AR Pattern Follow

Hoping someone can help here. I seen a thread discussing this recently, can’t seem to find it though. I’m trying to get the AR to follow pattern changes on the OT. From the manual it seems I am supposed to set PROG CH to receive on AR and OT to send PROG CH. Anything else I should be doing as it doesn’t seem to have any effect?

I think you need to make sure the auto channels are set up correctly. Try verious options. And, I think, the OT midi out has to be used into the AR’s in port (rather than the thru->in, if you get me) - just in case you missed that part from the start!

Can be frustrating, some times it works really easily while other times needs a bit of fannying around.

Thanks. Yea it turns out it has to send and receive on CH 2 for this, each channel must have their own dedicated function (e.g just discovered from the other thread I just posted it’s CH 14 for ext Midi keyboard)
