I didn’t get the final thrill but this was enough, great football from the team I watched and great play all the way around. Congrats to France.

Good job!
Not a bad world cup all round but if anything VAR has caused the amount of diving to go up, not down. I think Griezmann should be utterly ashamed of himself and should be punished accordingly. Making him man of the match after doing that for the free kick that led to the first goal shows poor judgement from FIFA in my opinion. The penalty decision was a shocker too.
All in all though, a decent final and the best team of the tournament probably triumphed but honorable mentions to Belgium and Croatia too for running them close in the final.

Nailed it! Should’ve put money on it. 
The real winners of the World Cup is Putin and Russia. A huge success and friendly atmosphere. Great Public Relations exercise.
