I agree and that’s where I had Clean on my previous iteration of the pedal board. However, now only the right side of tape track 4 of my OP-1f goes through Clean through the magic of the outbox8. I mostly use Clean for bass guitar. Not a lot of chains anymore on my pedal board. I feel like each CB pedal can really shine when used separately.
Has anyone experienced their OP-1 Field becoming completely bricked? I can’t turn mine on, and it doesn’t seem to charge either. It was working perfectly fine just a few weeks ago, so I don’t think it’s a case of the battery being left drained for too long.
I had a similar issue. It ended up being the battery connector becoming disconnected. Leaving it charging for a day didn’t work. I had to send it to TE to get fixed. They did fix it for free even though it was out of warranty.
What are your experiences with TE repairing turnaround time? My device was delivered to them two weeks ago and based on their support’s recent reply to my question it sill sits in the queue.
Took about a month for me, but I guess it really depends on the current workload situation. My case was during the summer holidays, so I expected a longer response time.
I had to return a machine bought during recent sale via another music retailer. It was send to TE in Sweden: Took almost 5 weeks to inspect the claim.
I guess they are busy with aftermath (returns?) after the big sale? Don’t know ![]()
Anyway, when they finally looked into my case, there was no problem with a refund
