nice cool vibe in the RA session but certainly nothing overly exciting happening with the OT, looks like its just playing samples back.
these guys set the bar pretty high, no crazy tricks or anything here either with the OT but it’s very well done and sounds super tight considering it’s close to an hour long set moving between various songs.

wasn’t bad or anything but I’ve seen/heard some phenomenal stuff with the OT
I guess I should have posted some videos…you can always check out some of Cenk’s videos if you want to see an OT master at work.

The Genius of time was a lot more generic, perhaps it had more interesting use of Elektron stuff but the overall musical effect was less to my taste.

…just that there are literally tons of great OT videos out there…
+1 for the Jacques Greene reference on here. To me, his stuff is far richer and more emotive than the rest, albeit not making that big a use of the OT in this clip

I realize Jacques’ performance wasn’t incredible from a wizardry / tricks perspective - I just thought musically it was really impressive
Jacques’ set was really nice artistry, whereas Dataline’s sets to me are more about technical mastery. Both are edifying and worthwhile. Please continue to post links of good OT sets!

Yeah the OP-1 and OT are the best 1-2 around. In fact thats all I have with me at the moment - with my new little Presonus Eris monitors Im sane while being in temporary accomodation.
Seriously the Op-1 is so so good its hard to explain. Its the best OT food around.

the 1k is a great tool - been using it for about 10 years now and coupled with the JJOS it is boss. op-1 is great too, it continues to surprise and delight.
