We all just got back from Musikmesse – very hectic but fun weekend!
I am “the new guy” on Elektron’s support team.
Been working here for a little over a month now.
I try to read as much as possible here when I’m not answering support cases.
I decided that it was a good move to be more open here on the forums, answering some questions directly. Gotta check out the IRC channel as well!
Elektronot, that page looks weird in general, thank you for noticing.
Just to make things crystal clear though: I won’t answer everything – this is still a forum for our users, and helping each other out by answering questions and solving problems is good for the community.
If you have any issues that you want a direct answer from me or my colleagues we will always answer if you open a support case on our website. It is our preferred way of helping you with any problems or questions that you might have regarding our machines.
Now I’m going to get some well earned sleep – only 10 hours left until I am back in the office! I’m sorry that some of you have had to wait a couple of days for your issues to be taken care of – I know there are a lot of problems with the new website, hopefully we will manage to fix some of the more urgent matters tomorrow.
